oh new york

we walked in central park and i offered a scratch to every dog that walked by,
saw the alice in wonderland statue,
had big and strange breakfasts,
saw many many yellow taxi's,
and bought m&m's from the m&m store.
we went to greenwich village,
ground zero,
south seaport,
meatpacking district,
and chinatown.
i fell in love with soho,
and found rubber duck shaped paper clips from the moma design store.
i went to the top of empire state building,
and had afternoon tea at the plaza while mr lovable went to the basketball match and saw will ferrell!
we ate too much,
way too much,
but everything was just too nice...
we got dizzy in times square,

walked the line,
saw a broadway show and almost fell asleep there,
some really big christmas trees,
very small statue of liberty,
the flatiron building,
wall street,
went to dean&deluca,
and drove through times square when leaving in a yellow taxi...
also: were stunned how genuinely friendly everybody in new york was, bought way too much stuff from abercrombie&fitch, saw rats in the subway and black squirrels in central park, went to macy's and bloomingdale's, saw lots of small dogs wearing small jumpers, admired the grand central terminal, saw coca cola and cupcake trucks, giant pumpkins and parsons, bought 'i love ny'- t shirts and a snow globe, stayed in a really cool hotel, discovered new flavours of ben&jerry's and gatorade, went to whole foods and hershey's, saw fire escapes, cool logos and amazing window displays.

and of course i had to take photos of everything. click click

And there is goes again...NY fever going up a notch...!
I'm so jealous, looks like you had a fab trip!I really NEED to go to NY some day.
The sooner the better. But I have to ask, what kind of snowglobe did you buy? I've been trying to find a nice one but hasn't come across with any yet...nice ones I mean.
